On est frapp\u00e9 par la pose quelque peu hi\u00e9ratique, et m\u00eame un certain myst\u00e8re dans son regard. Que fixe-t-elle, au-del\u00e0 de l&#8217;artiste ? A gauche, sur le mur, une banderole rouge, orn\u00e9e de petites formes blanches, qui \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, sont des id\u00e9ogrammes asiatiques. Evelyne a donc demand\u00e9 \u00e0 un professionnel d&#8217;entreprendre la restauration du pastel. Le restaurateur, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les \u0153uvres sur papier, a expliqu\u00e9 que les taches sont dues \u00e0 l&#8217;acidit\u00e9 du support de carton utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque. A certains endroits, la mati\u00e8re du pastel s&#8217;est d\u00e9tach\u00e9e sur le verre protecteur, probablement suite \u00e0 des pressions. La peinture de l&#8217;encadrement avait \u00e9galement subi des dommages, dus \u00e0 un usage &#8220;intensif&#8221; de la nicotine dans le local o\u00f9 se trouvait le portrait.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"panel-11028-3-1-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_black-studio-tinymce widget_black_studio_tinymce\" data-index=\"12\" data-style=\"{&quot;background_image_attachment&quot;:false,&quot;background_display&quot;:&quot;tile&quot;}\">\n<div class=\"textwidget\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La restauration a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u00e9parer l&#8217;\u0153uvre du carton de fond (heureusement, elle \u00e9tait seulement coll\u00e9e sur les bords), et \u00e0 masquer les taches du bas. On a choisi l&#8217;option de ne pas appliquer un fixatif sur le pastel, ce qui aurait pu entrainer une certaine alt\u00e9ration des couleurs.<br \/>\nLe carton a \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9 par un carton en usage actuellement, qui ne pr\u00e9sente plus un caract\u00e8re d&#8217;acidit\u00e9. Le cadre d&#8217;\u00e9poque a \u00e9t\u00e9 rafra\u00eechi et conserv\u00e9 (il est vraisemblable qu&#8217;il ait \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi par l&#8217;artiste lui-m\u00eame).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
